Reduce Sweat & Improve Self Confidence

All of us have weaknesses yet only a few would dare to talk about those. I am writing this post because I feel like many people may be facing the same issue as I did and it could really improve their lives if they would only get the insight that I did a few months back.

Stress & Sweat

Stressful environments cause us to sweat. All humans do and it is perfectly normal to do so. Yet some of us sweat a lot more than others. Some of us literally have their armpits wet up every time little pressure takes place. This will ruin your lovely shirt. Visible sweat marks will decrease your confidence and it will make you cringe.

As your confidence goes down, stress will take up more space. More stress salt-margins-59945_640will equal more sweating and in a short while you feel like a soaking chicken.

What is sweat?

Sweat is a natural way of cooling system inbuilt within us. It helps us to maintain our body temperature without going too high. Some of us have excessive sweating problems due to many reasons. It could be the hormones, chronic distress and so on.

It is how we humans are unfortunately, so is there anything we could do about it?

Fortunately science is there to save the day. I am sure there are many other ways to reduce and almost eliminate sweat but here I will talk about the two which helped me.

DRICLOR20MLDriclor Solution has been specifically formulated to treat excessive perspiration. It works by forming a gel matrix in the effected sweat glands, which reduces and eventually stops the flow of sweat. Excess sweat is reabsorbed into the body and disposed of in the normal way. Within just a few weeks of using Driclor Solution, excessive perspiration should disappear and sufferers should feel cool and dry.

My experience

I was a bit hesitant the first time I heard about it. As I had this problem since I was a child I thought there wasn’t much help out there.

How wrong was I, After using it for a couple of weeks I noticed that my sweat was reduced massively – my underarms would stay dry even when I was quiet stressed and rushed at work. What a delight!

Tips & Tricks

There are a few things you should be very cautious about. Do not apply it unless your underarm is completely dry. Only apply before sleep when your sweat glands are least active. It will cause bad irritation to your skin otherwise.

This irritation can be very severe, I did it once right after shower and went to sleep, I woke up 4 hours later to find my underarms burning. Washed it off and went back to sleep, next morning it felt like it was set on fire and took some time to

Only use it once every 2-3 days, it is very strong and won’t need any more than that. After 1-2 weeks, only apply once per week afterwards. It will work wonders!

I would recommend this to anyone who feels like they are sweating too much, what a life saver!

I use it for my armpits mostly but Driclor can improve any heavy sweat areas like hands and feet.

However, this is only to get your body to sweat less, for day-to-day battle I would recommend another product which I grew a fond of.

Triple Dry (Active)

TripleDry-Active-spray_400px1Superfine dry spray delivers high performance antiperspirant for all day dryness. With odour counteracting technology. Antibacterial to prevent odour-causing bacteria. Link to official website

Lasting effect

They claim its protection should last up to 72 hours and I am sure it would for those who don’t stress much or don’t engage in physical activities but for people like me, it works well for about one day.

This is the most powerful antiperspirant I found in the market today and it will solve anyone’s needs, you can pick it up from boots or online.

Use it every morning just like any other product and you will not have any bad odour or sweat marks anymore.

These two changed my life and reduced my sweating to a minimum, I feel so much better because of that. My shirts stay fresh much longer now, as well as my confidence stays up for hours as I get stressed yet not over sweating.

I am not being sponsored by any of those products and I get no monetary benefit from promoting them.

Interesting, are you sure the products are safe for a long run?

I tried to find anything bad about it and I couldn’t, apart from the side effects if used incorrectly. Both products seem to be safe.
