Goals Follow Up & Nootropics Video

Here is my video where I discuss my plan to execute my goals. Recently I have struggled to match my own targets and had to consider different approaches to make everything happen. There is a lot of work to do but the 4 hours before work idea might be the right one.

I tested it a few times already and as long as I can manage to get myself out of bed on time. I can get a lot more done. 4 hours is a lot, meaning I am cutting myself short on sleep. I believe getting at least 7 hours of sleep is essential.

I am considering nootropics to supplement my busy schedule and will see how those will work for me. More information in the video.
